Currently only Forms authentication is allowed. Only Users assigned the admin right can maintain users
Select Administration>Users
Click 'Add User' to add a new User
You can edit and remove an existing user and change their password.
Users can be assigned to particular Groups or Recons. Assigning a User to a Group will give them access to all Recons in the Group. If you only want a user to see certain Recons assign them to the specific Recon and not the Group.
Assign a User to the necessary Role
Admin: All functionality including everything in the administration Menu Item: Users, Recon Templates, Recons, Audit Trail, System Admin and Error Log
Reconciliation: Gets access to all functionality required to perform reconciliations e.g. Auto Match, Manual Match, Checked, Add Notes, Add Label, View Matches, Undo Matches, Import Datasets, Remove Datasets, View Datasets, Manual Capture, History, Export to Excel
View: Gets read-only access to all reconciliation screens. Can export to Excel.
