Creating an Issue
Issues are raised from the Review Screen.
Only the reviewer can create issues and issues can be created on both Open and Completed Reviews
Issues can be created for specific transactions or about the Review as a whole
You can create multiple issues from one Review
Issues are separate from Reviews and completing a Review does not close the Issue
Tick the Raise Issue checkbox for the transactions you want to associate with the Review
Give the issue a name and add a message and the click Raise Issue
My default it is assigned to the person who Requested the Review but you can assign it to any other user with access to the Recon
The user will receive an email and a notification telling them they have been assigned an issue
Viewing Issues
You can access you issues from the notification, the email, by clicking on the issue link on the reconciling items page or through the issues menu item
All issues either created by you, or assigned to you are shown on this screen. Click on the name to view the issue
Updating Issues
The Issue detail page includes all information about the issue, the creator, assignee, any linked transactions and all comments
Only the Creator and Assignee can add comments
Only the Creator and Assignee can assign the issue to someone else
Only the creator can close the issue
Anyone can view an issue on recons which they have access to by clicking on the View Issue Button (if present) on the Reconciling Items screen
